Kids Reformer Pilates

Kids 8-12yrs Casual Class, Max. 4 people

A 45 minute reformer Pilates class designed for kids 8-12 years old. Focusing on strength especially with hyper-mobility, proprioception, stability, mobility and posture. I also focus on brain exercises (neuro Pilates) for ADHD focus.

Supporting young growing bodies to their optimal abilities while also preventing injuries in other sporting activities.

This class is suited for beginners to advanced offering modifications to suit your level.

Private Reformer Pilates Session

1:1 sessions are great for rehab, more attention to detail to get a specific area in your body working again or if you're just starting your fitness journey to build up your confidence.

Reiki Healing

You will lay on a massage table fully clothed to receive reiki energy healing to restore your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. Allowing you to release stress, find inner peace, and restore your body’s natural energy flow.

Reformer Pilates Reiki Combo

A unique blend, firstly we work out on the Pilates reformer followed by the relaxing reiki healing energy.

Build muscle strength, increase tone, flexibility, proprioception with reformer Pilates and then heal the mental, physical, emotional and spiritual well-being through reiki energy healing.

The time will be split evenly between both modalities unless requested otherwise.
